Prototyping

Prototyping allows for the creation of a physical representation of a product or one of its components. It is the most effective way to validate all the design criteria that shaped the product’s development. A prototype can be a full-scale model of the product or a specific part or mechanism within it.

A prototype may be functional, designed to test performance, or focused on form and aesthetics to evaluate the product’s ergonomic value. It can be a simple development model or a highly refined representation that closely mirrors the final manufactured version, suitable for marketing promotions or trade shows.

We are equipped with the necessary tools, materials, and machines to create a wide range of prototypes. Our capabilities include finishing 3D-printed parts, painting, general assembly, and integrating mechanical and technological components. We work with plastic, metal, wood, paper, and cardboard. Depending on the project’s needs, we can also leverage external resources—our network of manufacturers and suppliers enables us to meet any prototyping requirement.

We offer this full range of prototyping services because we understand that prototype needs evolve throughout product development. We also firmly believe that physical validation is far more effective than digital representations. After all, a great deal of thought and planning goes into developing a physical product—it is always best to see, touch, and experience it to truly understand it.
